Do you ship worldwide?

Worldwide shipping service is at the discretion of the seller. This service may be provided. At a later point so you should check back with your seller often!

How can I request a refund?

If the product you receive is not to your satisfaction, we recommend that you contact the seller directly. There is a message the seller option in their individual store in which you can get in touch. Please do make sure though that the seller offers the option of refunds in their store before making a purchase if you are unsure of the product.

Because most items on the website are handmade, the seller is allowed to take backorders, however depending on materials available in the market, delivery time may not meet expectations.
